Giveaway terms and conditions

The giveaway will last for approximately 200 weeks and will commence on 1/11/2019.

• These terms and conditions shall apply for the duration of the giveaway. 
• The giveaway is open to anyone regardless of where they are in the world, but it shall fall under UK law for matters of legal interpretation. 
• Every week, starting the 1st of November 2019, a fashion item will be picked as a giveaway item for that week and posted on our social media platforms. 
• A winner will be picked at random from the comments section of the relevant post. 
• The selected winner from the comments sections of the relevant post will be given a checkout code that will grant 100% discount on that very attire only. 
• The selected winner, at the time of selection, will have to be at least a follower of Woven Trends on any of our social media platforms. 
• Checkout codes will not include or cover shipping costs where applicable.
• Items selected for this giveaway will automatically loose their free UK shipping status. 
• An individual or household cannot win more than one item from the shop under this giveaway, and participants agree to be bound by this. 
• The discount is not exchangeable for money or other items in shop of same or similar value.
• The discount code given to the winner will not be applicable on other discounts currently running.  
• Selected Items that will fall under this giveaway will not qualify for refunds or returns and cannot be exchanged for monetary value with Woven Trends. 
• We reserve the right to determine the quantity of items that will fall withing this giveaway. 
• Until a user has been selected as winner of the giveaway, the item will remain listed at full price and can be purchased at anytime by a member of the public. 
• Upon a winner being selected, the item will no longer be available for purchase by a member of the public until the winner waives their right to the 100% discount. 
• This giveaway is not intended to confer any rights to any participant or person that will be selected as a winner. 
• The winner will agree to post on a major social media platform and tag @WovenTrends in the post, this will be communicated to winners in their notifications. 
• Family members and staff of Woven Trends by default do not qualify for this giveaway.
• We reserve the right to end the giveaway at our discretion and without notice to participants.
• We reserve the right to change these terms or nature of the giveaway at our discretion and without notice to participants. 
• By participating in this giveaway, you accept without condition these terms and conditions.
