Rings

Stacking and statement rings in stainless steel and titanium.

Ring sizes here are given as US numbers rather than the UK letters you may be used to. The conversion, with the inside circumference each one measures:

US 6 = UK L½ (51.5mm) · US 7 = UK N½ (54.4mm) · US 8 = UK P½ (56.5mm) · US 9 = UK R½ (59mm) · US 10 = UK T½ (61.5mm) · US 11 = UK V½ (64mm) · US 12 = UK X½ (66.5mm)

To measure your ring size without a sizer, wrap a strip of paper round the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps and measure that length in millimetres against the list above. Do it at the end of the day and when your hands are warm, because fingers are noticeably smaller first thing and in the cold. If you fall between two sizes, go up — a ring you cannot get off is a worse problem than one that turns a little.

Stainless steel and titanium rings do not tarnish and stand up to daily wear, but neither can be resized afterwards, so the measurement is worth the two minutes.
