Returns: 14 days. Because it is made for you, this item has the 14-day cancellation window the law gives you rather than our usual 30 days. Return postage is yours to pay. If it arrives faulty or misprinted, we will put it right. How made-to-order returns work.
Import charges: because it is sent from the USA, UK import VAT and a carrier handling fee may be collected on delivery.
Care: wash cool by hand or sponge clean, do not tumble dry, and iron on the reverse, avoiding the embroidery.
