Made to order. We embroider each sweatshirt after you order, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. It is posted with tracking from our production partner in the USA.
Returns: 14 days. Because it is made for you, this item has the 14-day cancellation window the law gives you rather than our usual 30 days, and that includes ordering the wrong size, so please check the fit before you order. Return postage is yours to pay. If it arrives faulty or misprinted, we will put it right. How made-to-order returns work.
Import charges: because it is sent from the USA, UK import VAT and a carrier handling fee may be collected on delivery.
Care: wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and iron on the reverse, avoiding the embroidery.
